Ardi Torollari of Northfield, New Jersey was shot in the chest while sitting in his Volkswagen on the 200 block of South 54th Street, investigators said in a release.
Torollari was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries around 6:10 p.m., authorities said. No weapon was recovered from the scene and no arrests were made as of Tuesday, July 16.
